Refund Policy

A refund is provided only if through human error the customer receives the wrong or expired product, and if there is no stock availability. If a refund is not provided we will replace the product entirely free of charge. Damaged packaging of the received product will be replaced completely. As is a registered online pharmacy bound by state and federal laws, we do accept returns or restock items that have already been sold. Cancellation of the order is permitted before it has been processed by getting in touch with one of our customer agents through live chat or phone. A 10% cancellation fee is applicable on requests made after the payment is processed.
